Hi, I’m Bailey Jae, founder of HAIRLOSS HEROES. I was diagnosed with Alopecia at the age of 5. I'm growing up with older (beautiful) sisters that are "mildly" obsessed with their hair. I felt like a stranger in my own home when my hair suddenly began to fall out.
One day I was blessed to meet other kids that looked like me and were facing similar challenges. It made me feel seen & accepted! I want to share that experience with as many children as possible, so I started HAIRLOSS HEROES. We may not have the same reasons for our hair loss, but we can share in the same purpose to Help, Encourage, Respect, Own, Embrace, and Support one another in this amazing journey.
You are not alone...I can't wait to meet you!
"I believe all HEROES can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world."
Our Mission
Our mission is to help, encourage, respect, own, embrace and support every child that experiences hair loss. Regardless of the cause or severity, we'll be a safe & resourceful community for the children and families of our fellow HEROES!
Our Vision
To empower others with hair loss to come out of the shadows and take their rightful place in society by promoting positivity, acceptance and self-love. To create opportunities for us to "let our hair down" through quarterly events and monthly virtual gatherings. To create a safe haven of inspiration and information for all children affected regardless of race, religious beliefs or gender.
